Want to move past funder-centred reporting and start leading with insights? We help non-profits build simple, sustainable systems to prove their value, write compelling funding requests, and stay focused on their mission - without burning out the team.
Most organizations we work with are flush with data, but struggle to use it meaningfully to advance their mission. You’re collecting numbers because we have to. Let’s work together to establish a recurring learning cycle that turns evaluation from a once-a-year panic to a sustainable rhythm that fuels your impact.
Based on years of education and experience, we’ve identified five components that embed evaluative routines into your existing workflows.
Organizational Logic Model: Your "North Star" for consistent communication across all audiences.
3 Program Logic Models: Deep-dive frameworks to align your specific activities with real-world outcomes.
Custom Evaluation Tool Kit: A user-friendly data collection tool, analysis framework, and reporting template designed for use by non-evaluators.
Hands-on Coaching: We don’t just hand you a PDF; we offer three 60-minute sessions to train your team through three structured sessions:
data collection;
analysis and interpretation; and,
communicating findings.
The Evaluation Guidebook: A step-by-step guide to ensure your evaluation rhythm survives staff turnover and stays strong for years.
I’m a credentialed evaluator with 15 years of experience building capacity for evidence-informed decision making in small- to mid-sized organizations. I’ve worked in the Canadian non-profit context for almost 25, with experience ranging from grassroots groups to large funding organizations. I believe that evaluation can measure complexity while remaining simple to implement.
Fun fact: Before I was an evaluator, I was a musician. I recognize that your mission is your melody. Together, we’ll build the structures that measure and amplify your mission, following your organization’s unique rhythm.
