Resilience by design, not by demand
A 12-month partnership building the structural integrity your non-profit needs to move from crisis to collective capacity.
Do you feel like you’re running your non-profit on caffeine and manifesting? Or maybe you’ve figured out your secret sauce and you’re ready to share it with others? Take the quick assessment below to find out how Nourished Non-Profits could help you take your organization to the next level. (Imaginary) bonus points if you go through it at a team meeting and answer based on consensus!
Have you ever felt like you’re playing a game of whack-a-mole? As soon as one crisis ends, another pops up. We’ve seen this often. The only way we’ve seen real change happen is by taking a slow, whole-organization approach. This isn’t a quick-fix. It’s a one-year cycle that engages the right people at the right time to build foundations that are made to last. We strengthen capacity as we go, so this isn’t something that’s done for you and falls apart once the partnership ends. The processes we co-design are baked in so that even if your context or team change, you know what levers to adjust to right the sails.
Phase 1: The Authentic Assessment (Months 1–2)
Integrated Alignment Diagnostic: Assessing how your strategy, structure, and roles are working together. We know that even when something isn’t really working, it’s often serving a purpose. We’re going to go deep to make sure that we aren’t un-doing anything essential.
Holistic Asset Mapping: Identifying the unique strengths and social capital sustaining your mission to locate where the "Mental Load" is concentrated. This helps us not only know what’s working and not, but what ‘quick-win’ opportunities we can leverage to make improvements.
The Baseline Snapshot: Identifying root causes of friction and legacy assets to be protected. We’re documenting what we know so that every move we make is intentional and informed.
Phase 2: Building Evaluative Muscles (Months 3–5)
Complexity Framework: Building a shared language for progress so the team can self-assess progress. Building collaboratively makes sure everyone understands the what and the why, to carry this on internally for the long haul. Change doesn’t happen overnight; this framework will ensure you have clear markers to be confident that you’re headed in the right direction.
Real-Time Data Routines: Implementing simple, low-burden habits that allow leadership to "see and steer" without being in the weeds. We’re going to take a broad look at what data you’re collecting and why, and find ways to streamline processes to make sure that you’re still meeting funder requirements while also achieving your own learning goals.
Phase 3: Operational Reinforcing (Months 6–9)
Structural Realignment: Updating roles and decision-making filters to ensure the organization passes our "Two-Week Test." We want every member of your team to know that they can step away for two weeks without having to worry about what’s happening at the office.
The Support Scaffold: Ensuring no "thread is pulled" without a bridge in place to support the work. Through evidence-based monitoring, we’re paying attention to interdependencies and making sure change in one area is supported with intention in all other areas.
Phase 4: Activating Systemic Influence (Months 10–12)
Social ROI Valuation: Quantifying your value into a rigorous monitoring and evaluation tool that ensures you can communicate effectively with clients, funders, community partners, and others who hold the levers of change. This is the backbone of demonstrating your work in a holistic and strengths-focused way.
External Advocacy Roadmap: Translating your impact into a compelling case for systemic change. Together, we’re enhancing your authority to drive change, supporting your partner organizations as you go. This is about being the Rising Tide that lifts the essential boats in your ecosystem, from grassroots groups to service delivery partners, and beyond.
This is a true partnership. You and your team will be an essential part of making the most of our time together. We work with your team’s capacity and use our expertise to do a lot of heavy lifting behind the scenes, but your input is essential to making sure the work sticks. What does that mean?
90-minute monthly calls with sponsor (usually ED/ CEO)
60-minute monthly team meetings to collaboratively develop tools, processes, and monitor progress
4 half-day workshops for team members (participants tailored to the needs of your organization)
Ad-hoc tool development meetings, as needed
Regular feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and why
The investment $40,000 | Can be split into multiple payments
For a limited time I’m offering this at 50% off or $20,000 for the first two clients, with the ask that you also provide feedback (survey and conversation) on how I can improve the partnership.
Deciding to re-architect your organization is a big step. You might be wondering if your team is "ready" or if you have the capacity to take this on right now. Here is how we find out together:
Use the tool above (individually or with your team) to see where your strengths and opportunities are currently. This gives us a baseline for our first conversation.
We treat this as a fit-check, so that we have clarity around roles and expectations. We’ll discuss your current organizational context and see if the Nourished Non-Profits framework aligns with your 12-month goals. No pressure if now isn’t the right time or if this isn’t the right opportunity.
If we’re a fit, I’ll provide a detailed roadmap that highlights the business case for this investment. We’ll ensure the timing is right so that we’re building your capacity, not just adding to your "to-do" list.
