One day, focused and efficient. You tell me what’s stuck, I do the work, and you keep an editable deliverable. Examples include: business cases, performance measurement frameworks, funder report analysis, staff engagement strategies.

How it works

  1. Book a free chat so we can talk through what you need and agree on scope.

  2. We pick a day that works for both of us.

  3. I send you an intake form and a short checklist of things to have ready, usually documents and reports.

  4. On the day, we meet for 90 minutes to kick off, around 11am.

  5. I get to work and build the deliverable we agreed on.

  6. The next day, same time, we meet for 60 minutes to review it together.

  7. I make one round of revisions, and the editable deliverable is yours to keep.
