A logo for this program - it says "Non-Profits who DARE" on a note stuck to an imaginary wall with a pink piece of tape. The "Non-Profits who" is in black cursive writing, and "DARE" is blue, pink, green, and orange letters.

What?

Join a 12 week journey to clarify your vision, learn how to measure it, and engage a supportive team. We’ll mix practical tools with real time problem solving to set you well on your way. You’ll learn how to clarify and communicate your vision to the right people at the right time, make the case for support, manage resistance, learn from your results, and keep up your momentum.

Who?

This program is designed for non-profit leaders who know the systems need to change, but struggle with getting everyone to move at the same pace. If you’ve ever tried to ‘do the right thing’ and found that things slipped back to the same old same old, you’re in the right place. We’ll work together to overcome barriers, gain practical insights from data and evidence, and set you on a path to success.

How?

We’ve got 12 pre-recorded modules on everything from self reflection to data collection. Each week, watch the lessons, share your work, and get personalized feedback. Join our weekly co-working session for accountability and celebration. Engage in 3 webinars on topics that are important to you (we’ll know what’s important because we’ll ask you). We’ll use a software called “Heartbeat” for the course. The cost is $1,500.

When?

The online course opens Monday, January 15, 2024. We’ll wrap up April 5, 2024. Coworking sessions and webinars will be on Tuesdays at 1PM. The course is always open and you’ll have lifetime access to the recorded modules. The coworking and community will be available on a subscription basis.
