Through this package, we’ll work together to develop tools and templates to make evidence-informed decisions, using your existing resources. The data you collect can support grant writing and reporting, fundraising, communications, and recruitment efforts.

Reflection form: Tell us a bit about your hopes, needs, and capacity.
Strategy meeting: We’ll go over your reflection form, discuss opportunities, and identify useful tools.
Customized evaluation plan: An evaluation plan with questions, data collection tools, and analysis templates.
Teaching meeting: We’ll review the tools, help learn how to use them, and make revisions. All are welcome!
